These terms of service govern the use of the Rimo Scent website and the sale of products offered by RIMO ARTS. By placing an order on our site, you fully and unreservedly accept these terms.
2. Products
Our perfumes and scented oils are handcrafted. Each product is presented with the most accurate description possible. Photos are non-contractual: variations in color or texture may occur due to the manual production process.
3. Orders
Placing an order on our website implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. We reserve the right to refuse any order in the event of a previous dispute with the customer or suspected fraud.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT). Shipping fees are specified during the checkout process and are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Payment
Payement is due immediately upon ordering. It can be made by credit card, PayPal, or any other method offered on the website. All payments are secure.
6. Shipping
We ship within France and to select international destinations. Delivery times are indicative and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
7. Returns and Refunds
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, perfumery products cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene reasons, except in the case of a defective product or an error in the order (see our returns policy).
