1. Purpose

 

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the sale of products on the Rimo Scent’s website operated by RIMO ARTS company, a micro-enterprise specializing in artisanal perfumery, registered under SIRET number 942 713 082 00017, with its registered office at 17 Rue des Rivières 69009 Lyon

2. Acceptance of the Terms

 

The customer acknowledges having read and accepted these general terms and conditions of sale without reservation prior to placing an order. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.

 

 

 

3. Products

 

The products offered are described as accurately as possible. However, due to their artisanal production, slight variations may occur (color, viscosity, fragrance). Product photos are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractual.

4. Availability

 

 

 

Products are offered while stocks last. If a product becomes unavailable after the order is placed, the customer will be informed by email or phone and may choose either a refund or a replacement.

 

 

 

5. Orders

 

Orders are considered confirmed once payment has been received. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when ordering. In case of an error or inaccuracy in the delivery address, Rimo Scent cannot be held responsible for any resulting issues (delays, returned parcels, etc.).

6. Prices

Prices are listed in euros, including all applicable taxes (VAT). Shipping fees are specified before the final order confirmation. Rimo Scent reserves the right to change prices at any time, but the applicable rate will be the one in effect at the time of the order.

7. Payment

Payment is due at the time of the order via the secure payment methods available on the site (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Orders will be shipped only after payment confirmation.

 

 

 

8. Delivery

See our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are provided as an estimate and do not constitute a contractual commitment. Rimo Scent cannot be held liable for delays caused by the carrier.

 

 

9. Right of Withdrawal – Returns

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, artisanal perfumery products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of a defect or an error on our part. See our Returns and Refund Policy.

10. Liability

Rimo Scent cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of its products (e.g. allergies, improper storage, misuse, etc.). It is the customer’s responsibility to check the product composition before use.
