Shipping policy
1. Delivery Areas
We deliver our products within mainland France. Delivery to overseas French territories (DOM-TOM) or international destinations may be considered upon request. Please contact us before placing any order outside mainland France.
2. Processing Times
All orders are carefully prepared within 2 to 5 business days after payment is received. This timeframe may vary during busy periods or if the product is still in production.
3. Shipping Methods
Parcels are shipped via [La Poste / Colissimo / Mondial Relay / FedEx / UPS / DHL] with a tracking number provided by email once the package is sent.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery times generally range from 2 to 4 business days after shipment within mainland France. These timeframes are provided as an indication only and may be extended due to circumstances beyond our control (postal delays, strikes, weather conditions, etc.).
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, based on the weight of the parcel and the selected shipping method. They are clearly displayed before payment confirmation.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. You can check the status of your parcel at any time.
7. Undelivered or Lost Parcels
If your parcel is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or pickup point first. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. No refund or reshipment will be issued until the investigation is complete.
8. Incorrect Delivery Address
Please carefully check your delivery details before confirming your order. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, reshipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.
