Refund policy

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts:

• for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
• for the supply of goods that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

Our artisanal perfumery products, whether in sealed or unsealed bottles, fall under this category. Therefore, no returns or refunds are accepted, except in the case of a damaged product upon delivery or an error on our part in the order.
